 BTKUSA BMW G8X Front Lower Control Arms (FLCA)

The BTKUSA G8X Front Lower Control Arms were engineered to improve front suspension geometry, increase rigidity, and provide significantly more alignment adjustment than the factory control arms.

Lowering the G8X chassis changes the factory suspension geometry and can leave the car with less-than-ideal alignment and roll center characteristics. This can contribute to uneven tire wear, reduced front-end response, and increased understeer. Our adjustable FLCA design gives you the ability to properly dial the front suspension back in for street, track, or aggressively lowered setups.

Each arm is machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum for an extremely rigid yet lightweight construction. The arms are paired with 17-4 H900 stainless steel double adjusters, allowing for precise adjustment without the hassle of traditional jam-nut style designs.

Adjustment allows you to fine-tune camber and track width, while our interchangeable roll center spacers allow the ball joint position to be corrected for lowered vehicles. Maintaining the proper ball joint angle also allows the suspension to articulate correctly throughout its range of motion instead of introducing unnecessary binding.

A factory-style ride height sensor mounting provision is incorporated into the design to retain proper sensor positioning as the arm is adjusted.

Designed with both form and function in mind, the BTKUSA FLCA provides the strength, adjustability, and suspension geometry correction needed to properly set up the front end of your G8X.
