BuiltToKillUSA Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Times

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Made-to-order, custom fabricated, or specialty products may require additional production time before shipment. Estimated lead times are subject to change based on production schedules, material availability, and order volume.

2. Shipping Methods

BuiltToKillUSA ships orders using major domestic and international carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and freight services when applicable. Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

3. Shipping Estimates

Shipping delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated. BuiltToKillUSA is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, customs, natural disasters, holidays, labor shortages, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

4. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and coordinating delivery issues directly with the carrier when necessary.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges before reshipment. BuiltToKillUSA is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address submissions.

6. International Shipping

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and local regulations associated with imported automotive products. BuiltToKillUSA is not responsible for packages delayed, rejected, seized, or destroyed by customs agencies.

7. Freight Shipments

Large products such as exhaust systems, body components, wheels, or oversized items may ship via freight service. Customers must inspect freight shipments upon delivery and note any visible damage with the delivery driver before signing acceptance documents.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If a package arrives damaged, customers must contact BuiltToKillUSA within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and damaged item. Lost or stolen package claims may require investigation with the carrier before any resolution is provided. BuiltToKillUSA does not guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

9. Signature Requirements

BuiltToKillUSA reserves the right to require signature confirmation on high-value orders. Refused deliveries or failed delivery attempts may result in additional shipping charges or restocking fees.

10. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may not be eligible for shipment to specific states, countries, or regions due to emissions laws, carrier restrictions, or local regulations. BuiltToKillUSA reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders that cannot legally or reasonably be fulfilled.

11. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on inventory availability, warehouse location, or manufacturing status. Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

12. Backorders & Preorders

Products listed as preorder or backorder may require extended fulfillment times. Estimated availability dates are subject to change and are not guaranteed. Customers will be notified of major delays whenever possible.

13. Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance may be included or offered at checkout depending on the order value and shipping method. Customers who decline optional shipping insurance assume responsibility for potential shipping-related losses after carrier acceptance.

14. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages refused by the customer or returned as undeliverable may be subject to return shipping fees, carrier penalties, and restocking fees before any refund is issued.
